Cathy Wellman Obituary
Cathy Diane Wellman, 44, of West Chester, died Monday, May 2, 2011 at the Chester County Hospital, West Chester.
She was the wife of Stephen M. Wellman of West Chester. Born in Atlanta, Ga., she was the daughter of Victor A. Barbato and Geraldine M. Dinicola Barbato of West Chester. She was a graduate of Bishop Shanahan High School, class of 1985. Cathy was owner and primary consultant of Westtown Office Solutions. Within her busy work schedule she always found time to volunteer at Matthew's school and was the Den Leader of his Cub Scout den which was Den #8. She was a huge Flyers fan. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her son Matthew S. Wellman of West Chester; brothers Bill (Monica) of Connecticut, Rick (Karen) of West Chester, Ron (Rachelle) of West Chester; along with many nieces and nephews who will miss their aunt very much. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Church, 15 East Pleasant Grove Rd., West Chester. Visitation will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at the church.
Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Memorial Fund for Matthew Wellman, 701 East Market Street, West Chester, PA 19380

I just heard about Cathy's passing and I am very upset about hearing this news. Cathy and I occasionally kept in touch and it was always great to hear she was doing well.
We always shared our vacation stories about family and how our kids were growing so fast. Cathy you will be missed!
