Janet Burtch Obituary

Janet Burtch of Oxford Janet Burtch died Friday, July 11, 2014. Janet was a maternity nurse by profession, an excellent cook, avid reader, lover of all animals and science fiction movies. She was a passionate fan of all Pittsburgh sports, especially the Steelers. Born in Sanford, Maine on July 31, 1939 to the late Annabelle and John Riddle, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Richard Burtch and daughter, Susan DeRiggi. She is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Lynda Burtch-Krivansky and Mark Krivansky of Oxford, and her son-in-law Michael DeRiggi of Cranberry Twp, Pa. She was the proud grandmother of Sara (Kevin) of State College, Victoria of Cranberry Twp.; Eryn, Jenna and Matthew all of Oxford; her niece Donna, nephew William M. (Kari), and brother-in law William A. Burtch all of Columbus, Ohio. Funeral services were held in Cranberry Twp., Pa. That family suggests memorial contributions in her name to the American Diabetes Association.
