William E. "Eddie" Alder

William E. 'Eddie' Alder of Coatesville William E. "Eddie" Alder, 52, of Coatesville, passed away at the University of Pa. in Philadelphia on Thursday, Dec. 20, 2012. Born in Coatesville, he was the son of Dorothy Alder of Lancaster. He was a graduate of Coatesville Area Senior High School. Eddie was self-employed in the home improvement business. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Ercildoun, Pa. Eddie enjoyed watching football and making people laugh. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Alder of Lancaster; one brother, William Pennington of Coatesville; and one sister, Renae (Bruce) Long of West Chester; as well as other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one sister, Denise Young and Wayne Brazzle, who was like a father. Services will be held 12 noon, Thursday, Dec. 27, at Wright Funeral & Cremation Services, 725 Merchant St., Coatesville. Viewing begins at 10 a.m. Interment with will be in the Church of Christ Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Wright Funeral & Cremation Services of Coatesville.
