Terrence Jones Obituary
He professed his life in Christ at an early age at St Mark MB Church in Collierville, Tn.
He was a proud graduate of Fayette Ware High School in Somerville, TN.
Scott dedicated 28 years of his life to Carrier Corporation in Collierville Tn, where he made lasting contributions and built meaningful relationships.
Beyond his career, he was a proud father and grandfather. Scott enjoyed gardening and planting flowers, with his favorite being the beautiful Elephant Ear. If he wasn't tending to his beloved garden, you could find him outside mowing the lawn or carefully washing his cars. Scott was always taking great pride in his appearance from the crisp starched jeans to his neat, groomed shining head.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two children, Shajuana Renay Jones and Terrence Tyler Jones; and two grandchildren, Jaleah Anderson and Dakota Rosser.
Scott leaves to cherish his memories six children; two daughters Tashiakia Anderson of Moscow TN and Tyesha (Jarvis) Coleman of Cordova, TN; four sons Terrence Jones Jr, Theophilus Jones and Demario Rosser all of Rossville, TN and Terrence (Jade) Rainer of Memphis, TN; one sister Melanie (Ronald) Berkley of Olive Branch, MS and one brother Herman "Tyrone" (Shirley) Jones III of Memphis TN; fourteen grandchildren, and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
Scott will be sorely missed, but his life will always be remembered forever by those who loved him.
Visitation Friday, September 12, 2025 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at H.C. Jett-H.C. Ford Funeral Home, 203 Washington Street, Collierville, TN 38017. Funeral service will be Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at New Stinson Community Church, 230 Frazier Rd., Rossville, TN 38057. Interment in Charity Gardens Cemetery, 6570 Highway 57, Rossville, TN. Rev. Bobby Jones, officiating.
