I thought often of Mimi over the past years but hadn't been in touch with her since the mid-90's when she and Joe moved to VA. We spoke briefly and promised to keep in touch. Her comment on the move was that it was 'refreshing' and I carried that thought with me shortly thereafter when my husband and I also moved to VA. For some reason today I tried to get in touch via Facebook to no avail and tried Google only to find out that she had passed away almost a year ago. I am saddened . . . . she and I worked together and became good friends when she lived in Mendham and I in Whitehouse, NJ. Wonderful woman - - devoted mom, good wife and a good friend. I'm missing her . . . . my thought go out to her family.

Fly with the Angels Mimi, you are free. There will be no more pain, there will be no more suffering, there will be no more hurt. You take those wings and be your family's guardian angel. May eternal rest grant unto you and your perpetual light shine on forever

Mimi was a force of nature. She always encouraged others to be better even when they were unwilling. She could entertain neighbors at the drop of a hat... and she enjoyed her wine and a good scotch. May God comfort her family during this difficult time.

Mimi came into my life over 40 years ago. She was my dearest friend. Time only deepened our connection. I sense a void now but know her spirit lives on in those lives she touched. Until we meet again Mimi.

We are so saddened to learn of Mimi's passing. We have many fond memories of Mimi and her strength and determination has left a legacy that few if any can surpass. Her love of her family and yes, her pets are also her family, will always be remembered. A great lady who loved a good glass of wine and ice cream! It doesn't get any better than that. She will be missed.

It is with great sorrow that I learned of Mimi's passing. She was a classmate of mine at South River High School and growing up lived across the street from my Aunt Ann. She will always be remembered as a happy and caring person My deepest sympathy to her family.

So sorry to hear the sad news. My mom's longtime favorite bridge partner. Mimi always had a smile for me whenever I saw her. Prayers sent.
