YORKTOWN - Christopher Scott Baldwin (68) passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018 at the Hospice House & Support Care of Williamsburg in Williamsburg, Virginia after a struggle with lung cancer. He was a native of Clifton, New Jersey, and a resident of Yorktown, Virginia for the last ten years. Chris was a graduate of William Paterson University and worked for the Ricoh Company for many years. He was an avid reader, lover of dogs, history buff, and a published author. He was of the Protestant faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elinore, father, George, and his brother, Barry. He is survived by his daughter, Kristen Baldwin {Kenny Eng}; niece Erin Baldwin; and sister-in-law, Kathryn Baldwin. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 18th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Boulevard, Newport News, Virginia, 23601. A memorial service and burial will be held at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson, NJ at a later date this spring. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice House & Support Care of Williamsburg, 4445 Powhatan Parkway, Williamsburg, VA 23188.

Chris was my Brother-in-Law and a good friend. We had similar tastes in writing and literature and similar eccentricities. I so enjoyed his company and have and will continue to miss his presence. Rest In Peace, Chris.
