Dear Blanchette Family,

You know how much Cindy meant to me and how much I miss her everyday. It will never be the same in our classroom without Ms. Cindy's smile and positive outlook on life. Cindy inspired me to be a better teacher by her example and I feel so blessed to have been her co-worker and good friend for the past 4 years. Please come to visit us whenever you can. You are such a strong and loving family with such faith. You are in my daily thoughts and prayers.
Love, Melanie

To the Blanchette family,

First, please know that our prayers for you are that you will find peace and comfort. Leaning on God and knowing that his will is perfect and that we are just passing through "earth". She is now in the most awesome place and has eternal life.

My son Miles was with Ms. Cindy for 2 years at B.C. Charles and she will always be very greatful for the compassion and love she gave to him. Ms. Cindy could have never spoke a word and by her actions, her love and heart were clearly seen. God gave my son to me, but Ms. Cindy chose to have a profession and take care of me. I call that special and a Blessing. I also know that she had a purpose in being in my Miles' life and he in hers. What better knowledge, in knowing that you have walked in your purpose.

I also know that if you give your life to God, do what is right and love like she loved, and care like she cared, for all people, paying no respect to gender or race, you will do her proud and her legacy will live one.

May God Bless and Sustain you all,

Chenelle Harris

Amber,
I meet your mom at Warwick High where I attented for one year, then I left.
I happen to run into her again years later at Menchville High on the softball field where you and my daughter Mindy played softball together and was coached by her father Coach Enzor. Your mom and my friend had many good times on the bleachers laughing and watching you play ball. She will be missed!!!

Dear Mr. Blanchette, Amber, Ashley, and Brent,
Cindy has been a part of my "school life" for many years. We often talked about our own children, and she was so proud of the three of you. I remember the day she told me that Amber was starting nursing school; she was just beaming with pride! And, Ashley, she was so proud of your hard work, holding a full-time job, while earning your degree at ODU. It is going to be quite an adjustment to not see her every day, but somehow, I know her presence is with all of us, as we all learned so much from her. May God bless you all and look over you during this time.

I am soo sorry to hear about ms. cindy passing away. I just found out today. She loved many and was loved even more by the people that knew her. She was the person you always wanted to see come around. I have known her since I was a baby, basically, and Ms.Cindy always gave me a good talk every now and then when needed. I miss that. I am really sorry about the loss of someone so wonderful.
