Debbie Ryan Obituary

YORKTOWN - Debbie Ryan, 60, passed away Sunday, April 14, 2013. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother to Mr. Lucas, and loved to cook for all. Debbie loved to make people laugh and enjoyed craft making. She was an animal lover, a good seamstress, selfless, very skilled with her hands, and she never knew a stranger. Debbie enjoyed Tuesdays at the Parish with Mr. Lucas. Mrs. Ryan is preceded in death by her father, the late William Leveque. Survivors include her husband and best friend of almost 40 years, Michael Ryan; daughter, Renee Godinez (Thomas); sons, Derek Ryan and Steve Ryan (Gilda); grandbaby, Mr. Lucas Godinez; mother, Millie Leveque of Banks, Oregon; sister, Linda Gilbert (Rusty) of Banks, Oregon; brother Doug Leveque (Claudia) of Portland, Oregon; sisters-in-law, Laurie (Craig) of Milwaukie, Oregon and Nancy (Pat) of Beaverton, Oregon; Kyle Circle Group (Sharon and Richard, Ruth and John, Peggy, Kim and Tim, Vance and Diana, Sam and Becky, and John),many nieces, nephews, and cousins, and Happy. A memorial service will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 18 at Peninsula Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Animal Aid Society at 80 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666.

Mike , Steve, Derrick and Renee , Debbie was such a loving and kind hearted person and not a mean bone in her body. Her Legacy is what we could all only hope to leave behind. Thank you Debbie for the memories of growing up as a kid at Kyle cir and then making memories with my kids as they past thought Kyle cir. You will be loved and missed always!!!!! And you sure did make the best Coconut shrimp :)
