Frank ORRIS Obituary
Frank served in the U.S. Army from 1948 to 1968 with multiple tours in Korea and Vietnam. After retiring from the Army, Frank worked for the U.S. Postal Service from 1969 until retiring in 1991. He was an avid Steelers fan and he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife of 33 years, Ruth E. Orris.
He is survived by his sons, Frank L. Orris Jr., and his wife, Sharon and their daughter, Rachel, of Newport News, John C. Orris and his wife, Karen and their sons, Christopher, Kevin, Kyle and Craig of Burkburnett, Texas, William H. Orris and his wife, Tamar and their children, Tuesday, William Jr. and Dorrie; his sister, Mildred Coulson and her husband, John of Lower Burrell, Pa.; plus numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at Weymouth Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Weymouth Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow in Peninsula Memorial Park, with full military honors.
