Mary Ellen was always so kind and thoughtful. She was my father's cousin. When I named my daughter Faith Carolyn in honor of Mary Carolyn Jones, Mary Ellen sent me some of Mary Carolyn's things to give to my daughter. We kept in touch through annual Christmas cards and I discovered her obituary when I was going through my address list. I will miss her updates. I will always remember her fondly.

Your Mom and Dad were both very gracious people. Your mother was the epitome of a Mother and Grandmother, always caring for other people and always a kind word. She will be missed but I know she is in heaven.

John and I are so very saddened by Mary Ellen's passing, and had hoped for more time with her. But to have spent even a little time with her was a joy, and greatly healing. We loved her instantly! May your hearts be calmed by her legacy and the sure knowledge of where she is.
