The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021, at Peninsula Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. The CDC highly recommends masks for inside gatherings.
Arrangements are under the care of Peninsula Funeral Home, 11144 Warwick Blvd., Newport News, VA 23601.

I worked with Tom many years ago on a contract with NASA at AS&M and he was the most cheerful, wonderful person to have known. He brightened the room when he entered and was always willing to help out. He took his job very seriously and was excellent at what he did. I can say that he will be missed so much by his family, friends, and coworkers. The world has lost a wonderful soul. I will miss you my friend,...always.
