Bertha Anderson Obituary

Bertha Louise Snow Anderson, 81, of Madison passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at her home. Born March 4, 1942 in Greene County, she was the daughter of the late Wilmer Marion Snow and Joyce Katherine Shotwell Snow and wife of the late Bobby Junior Anderson. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Richard Snow.

She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Anderson Perry and husband, Cory and Lisa Anderson Huskey and husband, Mark Madison; one sister, Brenda Woodward all of Madison; four grandchildren, Christina Perry, Jonathan Perry, Matthew Huskey and wife, Madalyn and Nicholas Huskey, a sister-in-law, Frances Snow of Madison; and an aunt, JoAnne Gallihugh of Barboursville.

A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, January 25, 2024 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison conducted by Pastor Jeff Shifflett with interment in Madison Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the service, 1 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday.

A very special thank you to our dear friend and caregiver, Mildred Dunnivan, for the tremendous love and care shown to Bertha.
