Heather Cleer Obituary

Heather Dawn Reid Cleer, 44, of Radiant, Va., passed away on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at the University of Virginia Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 28, 1978, in Charlottesville, Va., to Ruby Belle Clements Reid of Radiant, Va., and the late, Walter Richard Reid.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her three daughters, Haley Cleer, Reagan Cleer, and Zowie Forkey; her granddaughter, Skylar Hummill; her siblings, Anita Frazier (Jerry), Bonnie Coffey (Doug), Victoria Jenkins, Robin Jenkins (Frank), Kelly Clements (Lori), Sherry Reid, and Joey Reid; her good friend, Mitchell Ball; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Floyd Clements; and her niece, Rhonda Rowe.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 9, 2023, at Madison County Volunteer Fire Company, 1223 North Main St. Madison, VA 22727, from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. with a time of remembrance in celebrating the life of Heather beginning at 5 p.m.

Interment will be private.

Compassionate Cremation Services of Ruckersville, Va. is handling the arrangements.
