Annette Powell Obituary
Annette retired after 39 years of dedicated service as a bus driver to the Special Needs students of Albemarle County.
Annette leaves four wonderful children, Savannah Conley, Marsha Glendenning, Kevin Powell and Carla Frazier; two sons-in-law, David Frazier Sr. and Paul Glendenning; seven grandchildren, Barry, Matthew, Amanda, Nick, David “DJ�, Kendall and Parker; as well as five (six) great-grandchildren.
She was so blessed by all of the great people she worked with from the schools, transportation employees, parents and teachers. Also by her crozet community including Western Albemarle Rescue Squad, where she was a Lifetime Member, Crozet Volunteer Fire Department and her Crozet Baptist Church family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in our mother’s memory to either Crozet Baptist Church or Western Albemarle Rescue Squad.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Mount Moriah Church Cemetery in White Hall.

So Sorry to hear about Miss Annette's passing. She was a very wonderful lady with a great personality. Her Greer Elementary School Family have so many fond memories of her. We are sending prayers for the Family. She will be greatly missed!!
