Dominik "Nick" von StillfriedDominik "Nick" von Stillfried,91, of Charlottesville, Va., died peacefully on Saturday, July 9, 2016. Dominik was the youngest of 10 Siblings.He is survived by Elko, his beloved wife of 63 years; his son, Gebhard Stillfried and his wife, Agnes of St. Stephens Church Va. and their two children, Franz and Charlotte; and his daughter, Christiane Riederer and her husband, Max of Ashland Va. and their two daughters, Josephine and Elena.Dominik was preceded in death by his son, Franz Stillfried; his parents, Franz de Paula von Stillfried - Mettich and Maria Veronika (Strachwitz) von Stillfried; as well as nine siblings.A small family service was held Monday July 18, 2016, at St George Catholic Church in Scottsville. A memorial service is planned for October 1, 2016, 11.am at Holy Comfortor Catholic Church, 208 E Jefferson St, in Charlottesville, Va. A reception will follow.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hospice of the Piedmont, The Holy Comfortor Social Outreach Program, The Charlottesville area IMPACT CVILLE, or a charity of your choice.

We remember fondly the many good times we enjoyed with Dominick, Elko and all our children who went to school together. Dominick thrilled us all by the click of his heels and sweeping bow.
He will be missed by all who knew him.
