Kathy Craver Obituary

Kathy "Missy" Morris Craver passed away on October 2, 2022 at the age of 67, in her hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia. She faced serious medical issues in recent years with courage and grace that made her loved ones proud.

Missy was a loving wife and mother in her role of "Domestic Goddess" and ruled the house on Concord Drive mostly with benevolence. She loved caring for others, with stints as a caregiver for the elderly and serving as a teacher's aide for emotionally challenged middle schoolers.

Missy is survived by her husband, Richard of 43 years, as well as her son and his family, Rick (Karen and Thomas), her sister Susan Holt and brother Charles Smith. Her niece Shannon (Louie, Oleysa) Smith and nephew Stephen Smith were also very dear to her. Missy was predeceased by her parents Ray and Effie Morris and her loving sister in law, Rozanne.

Missy will be remembered at a casual, joyful gathering at her home at 1730 Concord Drive with food and drinks and plenty of Rush on Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 4 - 7pm, friends are invited to come join the fellowship.
