My family will be forever grateful to. Lucy and her friend for the Loy she brought to our parents, Harold and Celestine Childress, by visiting them often, joking and playing Bid whist with them.
We loved to hear her jovial laughter!

It will, I was hoping to get together as a family to honor Aunt Lucy. She was so good to the three ( Anthony, Millie and I) us when we were younger. When we were living with my Aunt Susie, Aunt Sylvia, Aunt Lucy and Aunt Pauline made sure we knew who they were to us, by visiting often. A fond memory was during their visits Aunt Lucy and Aunt Pauline would bring us penny candy and we would watch American Bandstand dance the Bunny Hop around the dining room.

We loved Miss Lucy. We got attached to her at Mountainside when my mom lived there and I was able to see her several times while she was at the Cedars as well, so very sorry for your loss. She was a very sweet lady.
