Nancy Gooding Obituary
Nancy Corbin Gooding, 75, of Aroda, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Martha Jefferson Hospital.Born April 9, 1939 in Orange, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Edwin Corbin and Eva Garr Corbin and wife of the late Jason Lohr Gooding Sr. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Edwin "Sonny" Corbin.She is survived by three daughters, Eva Maxine Gooding and boyfriend, Gary W. Anderson, Angela Gooding Berry and husband, Ben, and Sonya Gooding Clatterbuck and husband, George; one son, Jason Lohr Gooding Jr. and wife, Deborah; eight grandchildren, James Breeden Jr., Krystal Breeden, Ashley Nichols, Benjamin Berry II, Alan Michael Berry, Farrah Gooding, Andrew Gooding and Austin Gooding; and eight great grandchildren.Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2014 at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, conducted by the Reverend Tracy Gooding with interment in Walkers United Methodist Church Cemetery.The family will receive friends Thursday evening, December 18, 2014 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
