Robert Clay Eanes Jr.Robert Clay Eanes Jr., 54, of Esmont Va., died peacefully at his home after a long illness Saturday, June 25, 2016. Hewas preceded in death by his father, Bob Eanes.He is survived by his mother, Janice Eanes of Palmyra, Va.; one brother, Billy Eanes and wife, Debbie of Palmyra; and his best friend, Chuck Ruehle of Esmont.A funeral will be held 2p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at Cunningham United Methodist Church, visitation will be held at the church one hour before the funeral. The Rev. Tom Frost will be officiating.In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cunningham united Methodist Church. Sheridan Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
