Roberta and I were good friends back in the early 1970's. She was always so gracious and caring. We spent a lot of Saturday nights at the Fry Springs dances with my husband, Carlton and many other friends. She and Carlton took us to Colonial Beach for the weekend when My Daughter and Della Lou were young. We stayed at Carltons parents' house. I have many good memories of a good friend and a wonderful person. May all of you have peace in knowing she was a good person and a wonderful wife and mother. Valerie Mills Daniels

IAM sending strength, prayers and peace to y'all. I understand the sorrow. I sent several years around that kitchen table enjoying the company and the meals...I'm thankful for that. Your Mother shared many recipes with me that I continue to use. The most treasured being the one for beef stroganoff...I watched her make it..helped her make it... however mine is never as good as hers.
