MaryAnn and girls:
My brothers and I were talking about the family, and I asked if anybody had heard from Gary. Jerry looked him up and we found this obituary. My deepest sympathy. He was a third brother to me,even though he was my uncle.
Sincerely,
Michelle (Shelly Herman)

Dear Mrs. Speenburgh and Family,
My sympathies and prayers are with you all. I first met Gary at Diamond Shamrock when he worked in the Morristown labs and I continued to work with Gary at Diamond Shamrock, Henkel and Cognis. He was a great guy and engineer. I learned a lot from him.
With Sympathy,
David Mazzoni

I am sorry to learn about Gary. He was an old friend and colleague from the Diamond Shamrock/Henkel/Cognis days. My condolences to his family.

Uncle Gary was a kind man with a big laugh and even a bigger heart! He loved family above all else! Our memories of his beautiful gardens in the yard at his bbqs while we swam in the pool and went on the swings! He loved to show you his bunnies which snuggled in his lap! He was so happy when we were all together. Christmas time we would do game night and Chinese food and laugh until after midnight!
Uncle Gary, your love for your Syracuse teams made anyone you spoke to love them too! But NOTHING was more important than your three girls- Aunt Mary Ann, Heather and Holly. We will miss you so much but are so thankful for our time with you! I know you and Buck are having a grand old time in heaven, having a beer and a good laugh. Rest In Peace sweet Uncle. I adored you and always will❤
