Dear Betty and family,
Seeing Paul at the reunion was like looking into the past growing up in Rockaway. His face looked no different in May than it did more than 60 years ago. My wife Kathy who met Paul as a Freshman at MCHS, and I are saddened by his passing. We want to extend our deepest sympathies to you and your family. Joe touched my life as a young football player and to him, I also want to extend condolences. We will keep you in our prayers.

Dear Betty, I knew Paul his brother Joe, his dad and mom when I grew up in Rockaway. Joe and I were in the Morrig Hills class of 59. Paul was dear friend back then. His father and my father were friends and his Anne was a customer of my dad who ran a beauty shop on Jackson Ave. YOu have my deepest sympathy. I hope you will share this note with Joe who I have not seen since the day we graduated from high school. The Bahnatka family will never be forgotten by me. Pete Ippolito
