Billy Bertrand Obituary

EUNICE - It is with the heaviest hearts that the family of Billy Thomas Bertrand announces his passing on Monday, December 12, 2011 at the age of 50. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Nathan Comeaux Celebrant.
He was a Surveyor for Aucoin & Associates Inc for 30 years, but most importantly he was a beloved husband, son, father, brother and grandfather. He will forever be loved and missed by everyone whose hearts he touched including his wife, Telina L. Bertrand of Eunice; his mother, Mary Lou Bertrand of Eunice; his son, Dylan Thomas Bertrand of Eunice; his daughter, Virginia Marie Bertrand of Eunice; his brother, Robert Bertrand, Sr of Dry Creek; his two sisters, Jenny Jagneaux and Patrica Reed both of Eunice; and his greatest joy in life his granddaughter, Cayleigh Claire Bertrand.
He now rests in Heaven with his beloved father, Burke Bertrand and a brother, Paul Bertrand.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Eunice on Tuesday, December 13th from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and again on Wednesday, December 14th from 8:00 am until time of services. Father Nathan Comeaux will recite a Rosary at 6:00 pm.
