News Death Notice

GRIFFITH, Billy Keith "Keefers" Age 40, of New Lebanon passed away Friday, April 15, 2011. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Billy & Lola (Gayhart) Griffith; one son, Billy Keith Jr.; and by one brother, Bennie Ray Clemons. Keith is survived by his wife, Fawn Griffith (Stegemoller); six children, Ryan (& his fiancée, Glenna), Rebecca, Joshua, Amanda, Nathaniel & Nicholas; two sisters, Phyllis (Jim) Spang & Connie Hollingsworth; one brother, Bill (Mary) Griffith; mother-in-law, Diana Stegemoller; and by his extended family & many good friends. Keith's family owned and operated the B & L Fishing Lake for many years. He worked for many of those years in the attached drive-thru & tackle shop. Keith spent his best years hunting & fishing. The family will be receiving friends from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Monday (4/25) at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, 4104 Needmore Road, Dayton. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Trotwood. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be made in memory of Keith to his family to help with unexpected funeral expenses.
