Moore, Catherine

Catherine (Katie) J. Moore, 78, born September 15, 1946, in Springfield, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2025. Katie is survived by her daughter Melinda (Toby) Goley, of Huber Heights, Ohio, her grandchildren; Cali Rush, Gavin Adams and Brittney Goley, four sisters; Linda Sue, of Dayton, Ohio, Molly (Greg) Raster, of Springfield, Ohio, Marcy (Joe) Ober, of Springfield, Ohio and Bea (Tracy) Taylor, of Springfield, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harley Sr. and Esther Daily, her special friend, Jeff Cross, of Springfield, Ohio, her brother, Harley Daily Jr., her nieces, Melissa Olsen, of Kentucky and Barbie, and the love of her life, Mike Dunn. Katie was an avid crafter, making cards and items for her friends and family, most of which she gave away as her heart was always full when giving to others.

Katie was a member of the Maiden Lane Church of God. Per her wishes, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Maiden Lane Church of God, 1201 Maiden Lane, Springfield, Ohio, 45504. Arrangements are being made by JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
