David CWIRKA Obituary


News Death Notice

CWIRKA, David E. "Dave" Of Centerville, passed away Mon. Sept. 3, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born Apr. 1, 1955 in New Britain, CT to Leocadia Eve (Sienkiewicz), deceased, and Edwin John Cwirka of NH. He worked as a Computer Analyst in the Healthcare Industry. Dave is survived by his wife of 32 years, Barbara (Luedtke) Cwirka, step- daughter Michelle Butcher (Rodney) of Moore, OK and their children Morgan, Logan and Cameron, two brothers Edwin (Barbara) of MI, Richard (Dawn) of CT, and sister Maryann Caron (Steve) of CT,and four nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:30-1:30 Sat. Sept. 22 at Faith Baptist Church, 4215 Indian Ripple Road, Beavercreek, OH 45440 (937-426-6480). Memorial services will follow at 1:30 pm with Pastor Gary Favor officiating. In memory of Dave, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 3200 Lenox Dr, Kettering, OH 45429. Online condolences may be made at Dave's Book of Memories at www.ConnerandKoch.com. Dave will be lovingly remembered for his devotion to his little Papillons' Bailee & Gala, and admired for his determination that his illness would not obscure his love for life.
