Eric Chambers Obituary
Age 77, of Dayton, died on September 20, 2024 at Miami Valley Hospital. His life was defined by his love for and pride in his family, who were gathered around him at the time of his passing. Eric is survived by his devoted wife Kathy; their beloved daughters-Carri, Erica, Tracy, and Beth (Michael); his treasured grandchildren-Andrew, Megan, Melanie, Dylan, Kailey, and Luke; his brother Gene (Becky) and brother-in-law Bill (Paula); many extended family members and friends; and his loyal dog Andy. A memorial visitation will take place at Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home in Dayton on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 6–8 PM, with remarks of remembrance and tribute at 6:30. The family sends heartfelt thanks to MVH ICU nurses Julia, Sarah, and Matt for their wonderful care during Eric's final and most difficult days. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the MVH Foundation's funds for nursing scholarships. Or adopt a shelter dog.
