News Death Notice

OXNER, Gloria Jean Holdeman passed away at home, in San Antonio, TX, November 30, 2011, due to complications of cancer. She was born December 8, 1940 to John Holdeman and Mabel Gough Holdeman, in Greenville, OH. She graduated from Bellmont HS in 1958. She was married to Gary C. Oxner, she was not married at the time of death. She was a military wife for a number of years and was able to live in Germany and many states here in the US. Gloria was a wonderful and loving mother and will be missed greatly by her children. She enjoyed bowling, playing the piano, listening to Ray Charles, watching funny movies and being at the ocean. She is survived by three daughters, one son, one brother and two sisters; Cynthia Steele, Deborah Oxner, Nicole Joslin, Steven Oxner, Jim Holdeman, Nancy Holl, and Jane Hall. Services will be held at a later date, at Memorial Park Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to The Oxner Family at 11822 Welcome Dr., San Antonio, TX, 78233.
