Joann REICHERT Obituary
News Death Notice
REICHERT, Joann I. Age 80, of Vandalia, passed away Monday, February 9, 2015. She was born July 7, 1934 in Dayton to the late Denton A. & Verona Gouldburn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Thomas Reichert, in 1982; one brother, Albert Gouldburn; and by her son-in-law, Brent Snyder. Joann was a 1952 graduate of Julienne High School; a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church for the past 53 years; and she retired from Leland with over 20 years of service. She is survived by one daughter, Ramona Snyder; one son, Tom Reichert (Stacy); four grandchildren, Tom Reichert (Desiree), Jeremy Reichert (Shelby), Monica Evans (Eddie) & Matthew Meier (Destiny); and by seven great grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Francis Kerferl at 1:00 p.m., Monday (2/16) at St. Christopher Catholic Church, 435 W. National Road, Vandalia. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the church from 11:30 a.m. until time of Mass. If friends desire, contributions may be made in memory of Joann to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 1335 Dublin Road, Columbus, Ohio 45315.
