News Death Notice

IVERY, Mary Catherine 71, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 30, 2012. A 1958 graduate of Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and a graduate of Sinclair Community College. Member of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church. Retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Dayton Public School System. Survived by three sons: Danny E. Ivery, Marcus L. Ivery Sr. and Jeffery D. Ivery Sr.; eight grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; five nieces, five nephews, many cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon, Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, 5191 Hoover Avenue. Pastor Joseph L. Coleman officiating. The family will receive friends 11:00 A.M - 12:00 Noon. Interment Woodland Cemetery. HHRoberts.com

Mary loved God, her family, her friends, her church, traveling, bowling and bingo. Mary was loved by everyone who ever had the pleasure of being in her presence. She will be missed but never forgotten. To her family, take comfort in knowing how much she loved you and she was very proud of ALL of you.
