Max WILDERMUTH Obituary

WILDERMUTH, Max F. Age 84, of Kettering passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Mayfield, NY. Max was born on February 23, 1934 to Max H. and Ruth N. (Lever) Wildermuth in Centerville, OH. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War and retired as a Quality Assurance Specialist for the US Government. Max enjoyed traveling, often towing his trailer to fun new places. He loved to eat and drink. He considered himself a "winter Texan". Max was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 43 years, Florence "Flossie"; son, Keith, and grandson, Jeremy. He is survived by his children, Ken (Cheryl) Fosdick, Max (Pamela) Wildermuth; grandchildren, Eric (Emma), Jacqueline (Eric), Jessie (Matt), Jacquelyn, Shannon, Josh (Andrea), Jessica (Dave), Nicole, Greg, Kelly; best friend and companion, Mary Winne. Family will greet friends Tuesday, August 14 from 6-8pm at Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N Main St, Centerville. Funeral Service will take place the following day at 11am at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Max's name to The American Heart Association, 1313 W Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH 45409. Condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.routsong.com.
