I lost track of my step-grandmother a number of years ago when a card was returned to me by the postal service. I feel like I am touching base with her again. She was married to my Pappa (Drexel Pierson). She was always so sweet and always put the Lord first in her life. I remember she would give me beautiful clothes from Rike's for Christmas. She and my grandmother (Maxine) were friends, neither was vindictive and would visit on occassion. Letha, as I called her, would always come over to visit my family when we were in town. Only thoughtful and special memories come to me of my Letha. I now look forward to our reunion in heaven. "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord" for all believers who have accepted Jesus as their savior and Lord! With my love. Sandi Moerlein Lucas

Oletha was was married to my Uncle Drex. We used to visit them occasionally when I was a kid. I liked her a lot. Last time I saw her was at my father's funeral which she attended in Indianapolis with Drex's first wife Maxine, evidence of what an open-minded and loving person she was. She was not only nice, but a very refined lady. I never met any of her relatives, but I'd like to express my condolences to them. I was proud to call her my aunt.

Lee came into my life when I was a young lady working at Rikes with her. We found out we were close neighbors and road to work together often.
Many years later we were connected again when I was working at Englewood Manor where Lee became a resident.
Lee was a truly genuine person who loved the Lord with all her being.
She truly lived what she believed everyday of her life.
Looking forward to connecting with her in heaven one day.
I'm glad you were a part of my life Lee. Your friend, Cindy Andrade
