Phil was not only my service tech, I considered him a dear friend. I'd call him just to check on something he was working on for me. I knew he was busy and I didn't want to take too much of his time, then we'd get to talking shop and the next thing I knew was a half an hour had passed. He taught me so much. You'll be very missed by myself and the many other people who've lives you touched.
