I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Davis at a awards ceremony in which he presented my daughter the Paul G Carlson scholarship, as he enjoyed his meal he shared some of his experiences he had with his own children as they furthered their education and the hopes and worries he had for them. He offered my daughter so much advise and told her to never think any of her dreams are unattainable as we should show the world we can compete with the best of the best. That one encounter with Dr. Davis left and impression on myself as well as my mother and definitely Arionna. We are saddened to hear Dr. Davis has gained his Wings and offer our condolences to his family, friends and colleagues. May his name and legacy continue to live through us all and inspire all who knew him, and will know of him. Rest in paradise Dr. Davis. Carletha Pointer, Arionna Wooden, and Marcia Knox
