Family-Placed Obituary

QVICK, Scott Michael 47, of Dayton, passed away March 26, 2004. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Charessa; grandma and grandpa Wilson, grandpa Chambers and grandpa Qvick. Scott is survived by his wife, Penny; son, Jeremy Qvick; daughter, Anita Hepner and husband Matt; stepdaughter, Kim Adkins; stepson Randy Adkins, Jesse and John Thompson and Goddaughter, Danielle. He is also survived by his mother and stepfather, Barbara and Bill Chambers; father, Jack Qvick; brothers, Terry Qvick and wife Jeri, Jeff Qvick and wife Sherry; half brother, Randy Chambers and wife Teri; stepbrother, Keith Chambers and wife Michelle; stepsister, Kelly Miller and husband Mitch; grandma Chambers, grandma Qvick, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew and friends. Scott was recently baptized at Moraine City Baptist Church, where he was also a member. He was an avid Harley enthusiast and a member of the Moose Lodge 73 in Beavercreek. Scott was a caring, protective man, who would help anyone at the drop of a dime and loved to go for a cruise in his RV anytime. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 29, 2004 at Moraine City Baptist Church 2748 Gladstone St., Dayton, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, March 29, 2004 at the church. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to SkyBank, Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio, in memory of Scott to help with medical expenses. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, Kettering.
