I am so sorry to hear your loss of Steve. Steve was my Benifits Rep. and friend at GM SPO West Chester. I always enjoyed talking and our jokeing. Steve could make my day with the fun we had talking in an environment at work that wasn't enjoyable at all. Steve was a great Benifits Rep. and would go out of his way to help all of us. Steve was a big help with my retirement from GM. Infact Steve was the only one that knew I was retiring and did me a favor not telling Management or anyone else since Management was trying to force seniority workers to retire. Steve is proof that the truely good are taken from us too soon. My sympathy goes out to all the family and friends . Steve is now putting smiles in Heaven. Sincerely Rick Schneider

Steve was my friend and UAW brother, someone that I have known and worked with for the past 30 plus years. He served his Union well as our benefit rep for the past 7 to 8 years prior to his retirement. I would often say to Steve that he was the "greatest" benefit rep in all the UAW, and in my mind he was the best. I will always cherish the times that we shared life together and all of the laughter and good times we had at work. Good-by Steve, you will be greatly missed and never forgotten !

Oh my, I am so sorry to hear this. I knew Steve best from Greenmont and Indian Riffle. He was so kind and sweet. Steve always had a smile and a joke. I caught up with him a bit on FB but had not seen him on in a while. My prayers go out to his momma, wife, children and siblings. God Speed Steve, you were one on good ones.
