My son Damon and I were greatly saddened to hear of Tom's passing. We enjoyed getting to know Tom while playing basketball at Ascension Church on Sunday evenings. Tom and his family are in are prayers.

I had the honor of working with Tom for almost ten years. I found him to be one of the kindest people I had ever met. Whether he was having a tough day or not, he always had time for others. Tom never complained or dwelt on any of his own problems, but always had his employees and customers interests as a priority. I loved talking to him about our beloved Dayton Flyer basketball team. He was always so optimistic about their future. I'll miss him a lot and will always have fond memories of him and his ever-present smile. You served the US Air Force well and I personally owe you a debt of gratitude. I love you, Tom and will think of you often. May God bless Mona and the entire O'Brien family.

Our hearts are heavy to be writing in this guestbook today. We will miss Tom but have so many memories of him - playing volleyball in the many gyms over the last 25+ years, and the fun afterwards, New Year's Eve parties and many other moments. We feel blessed to have happened upon the O'Brien Clan for Ken's birthday not long ago to visit with Tom and share a pint. We wish we could be with you tomorrow but our thoughts, prayers and hearts are with the whole O'Brien family.

Mona, Kyle and O'Brien Family I was so saddened and shocked to hear of Tom's passing, it was just several weeks ago that I saw Tom and he was so full of life. Mona, Kevin, Kyle, Tim, Chelsea, and our dear friend Connie, the Eichner family is so saddened by Tom's passing. Eric always had so much fun playing basketball with Tom,and talking about UD ball. Tom always had a smile and bright way of looking at things. He fought the tough fight but is now at peace. Our sincere condolences for all of you and yours.
