Born March 24, 1952, in Washington D.C., passed away peacefully on August 8, 2025, in Kettering, Ohio. William's life was marked by his dedication to both his family and his work, as well as his service to his country. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025 at 2:00PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, OH 45439.
