Barry Jones Obituary
Barry L. Jones, Sr., age 57, of Newark, DE passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, in Union Hospital, Elkton, MD.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Alice (Cunrod) and Walter Jones. He attended Delcastle HS and graduated from Vista HS in California. He returned to Delaware and became an electrician and also worked for Chrysler. As an entrepreneur he owned and operated many businesses including pizza shops and as of late his own auction, Barry's Auction. He was an avid Eagles fan; he loved bowling, boating and especially fishing. He loved life; he was a jokester and loved to laugh. His generosity and fortitude to find the best deal will be missed by all.
He is survived by his 2 children; Candice Hoyos and her husband Paul of New Castle and Barry L. Jones, Jr. and his wife Kimberly of Wilmington; a sister, Louise Boyd of Wilmington; 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Benjamin Hoyos and Gaige and Graison McCartney.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 26, at 11 am at, MCCRERY & HARRA FUNERAL HOMES, 3710 Kirkwood Hwy. (at Duncan Rd.), Wilmington, where friends may call after 10 am. Entombment will be at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington.

We fell in love with Barry about 3 years ago when he had his auction in Elkton by the DE/MD line. We followed him to his current location where we enjoyed his jokes and deals. We will miss you Barry. Your future ex-wives, Barbara & Lisa, #21 & #22.
