Charles Horness Obituary
New Castle - Charles W. "Chuck" Horness, age 90, of New Castle, DE, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2 pm until 2:45 pm on Friday, July 9, 2021, at Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home, 1000 North DuPont Parkway, New Castle, DE, where a masonic service will be offered at 2:45 pm. A funeral service will begin at 3:00 pm. Face coverings will be required for all those in attendance not immunized with the COVID-19 vaccine per the CDC and Governor of Delaware. Interment will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chuck's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
