Robert Critelli Obituary
AGE: 65 • Newark
Robert "Snake"Critelli, age 65, of Newark, DE, passed away Friday, August 7, 2015 surrounded by loving family. Bob "Snake" proudly served his country in the US Army. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Motorcycle Club. Bob "Snake" served as a volunteer fireman in Atco, NJ. He was an avid gun collector who enjoyed hunting, crabbing, and fishing at White Clay Creek with his granddaughter.
Bob "Snake" is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Elaine P. Critelli; 6 children: Robert J. Critelli, Jr. (Michelle), Christina Singleton, Paul Critelli (JoAnne), Cortney Critelli, Jessica Critelli, and Stephanie Keys; 18 grandchildren; and his favorite reptile, Harley. Bob "Snake" was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Anna Critelli; and brother and sister-in-law, Genaro and Rachel Critelli.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 10-11 AM in the Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service in celebration of Bob "Snake's" life at 11 AM. Burial will follow in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Bear, DE. The family requests that guests dress in casual attire such as jeans and shirts. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given during the service at the funeral home in Bob "Snake's" memory to Delaware Hospice.
