Suzanne K. Carter, 83 of Townsend passed away at home surrounded by family and friends on June 9, 2021.
Services will be held on Saturday, June 19th at Connection Community Church, 4744 Summit Bridge Rd., Middletown, DE. Viewing will be from 11 am - 12 pm. The service will begin at Noon. Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery in Middletown.

Phyllis and family.... Your momma was such an amazing, kind woman... practically welcoming me in your home every weekend and some school nights too... she made me feel like I was home.. feeding me a lot and smiling a lot... always full of joy your home and family was a loving place of peace and my "getaway" I can not say enough about all the genuine care and love Ms Suzanne showed me... she will be always living in my heart... She was an angel in my eyes.. I thank God for his promise, that we will see her again.. and I will wait patiently for that day ❤ May Jesus hold you all close and tight......love you
