Bill passed away March 16, 2016 in the presence of his family at his home.
He loved building bird houses, model trains, gardening and NASCAR.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Kathy and grandson, Justin at home; son Christopher of New Castle; daughter Gwen and son in law Juan Rodriguez; grandsons, Richie and Jacob all of Northeast, MD; sister Barbara Bates of Millsboro and many nieces.
We will forever carry your memory in our hearts
