Recently I learned of Chet's passing. I'm deeply saddened by this news. My heartfelt condolences to the Boyer and Rhoads Families, especially Nicky. I was a regular at Aloha Massage from almost the beginning. Chet was a caring and compassionate man. He always focused on his clients to give them the best possible care every time. We need more people like Chet in the world. Peace to Chet and his loved ones. Aloha my friend.

I have gotten to know Chet during the twenty years he was my massage therapist. He was funny, kind, thoughtful, and the absolute best at massage therapy. When I last saw him on May 14th, Chet shared that he is incredibly proud of his three children and that all he truly wants is for his children to be happy. My heart reaches out to his sister Nicole and all who love him.

Although my massages over the past 10+ years were performed by another therapist at Aloha, Chet was more than just a business owner. He was always very caring about how I was doing. He celebrated with me at every cancer surviving appointment I had through the last 5 years. My thoughts and prayers are with his family, both personal and business, he will be greatly missed.

Chet and I learned to Scuba dive together. Pretty much every dive I did when first starting was with him.
I was a part of his daily text messages he would send, and I always looked forward to reading them each day.
I know he cared about his family very much. I´m extremely sorry to hear about his passing.

Wow! I can’t believe you are gone. Just had a massage the week before you passed. We talked about you moving to Florida and showed me a house you were interested in. Chet, you gave the best massages over the past 20 years! I will miss them and your happy, smiling and caring personality. Rest easy, my friend. I'm so sorry to hear of Chet's passing. He was a very kind man and helped me a lot when I was in pain with my sciatica, he was a lifesaver. We talked a lot about beaches in Florida versus New Jersey, always enjoyed my time with him. Sending love and good thoughts to all his family and friends.

Chet and I were roommates and workmates after we finished massage school. He was my fishing buddy but he could barely catch a cold. We were riding buddies but he preferred crotch rockets back then. We didn't get to see each other nearly enough but fell right back in every time we talked. He even reached out to me to find out about diving jobs in pensacola in which I tried my best to find for him. Brother I will miss you forever. I love you and my love and prayers are with your family and friends. Rest in peace my friend.

The first time I met my nephew CB, he was 15 months old and I was 18 . It was May 24th 1977, and he had just flown in from Germany with his mom Linda and his sister Nickol. I had just graduated from high school 3 hours before and came home to this very cute little blond boy walking around the house in wooden shoes. He was upset because he could not turn the knobs of the doors I'm guessing they had levers on doors in Germany. His frustration was so cute. Little did I know then that My future children and husband (John) would enjoy making so many memories with CB. Lots of summers in Florida with Nickol, Joey, CB and Nichelle, going to the beach, and playing dress up and auntie Teri's clothes and makeup. CB, We already miss you so much. I know that you are with your mom, Nanny and Grampy And all of your relatives and friends that you lost over the years. Till we meet again.

I've known Chet as my massage physical therapist since 2006. He was the warmest, compassionate, respectful person I've had the honor and privilege of knowing and being his patient. He always had positive, optimistic thoughts, and true love for his entire family. Spoke so highly and proudly of his sons and daughter. He embraced his sister Nicky with dignity, respect and love. But Chet had a great love and devotion for all people. My most heartfelt sympathy to the family, relatives, friends, neighbors, clients that had the honor of knowing Chet. He will be sorely and sadly missed, but never forgotten.
