I am so sad to hear about Mrs. Kates. What a wonderful lady. I can still see her smiling face and hear her laugh as she and the "Surrey Lane" moms watched us playing out front on many a summer night or at the swim club. I know that she and Mr. Kates are sitting on Heaven's front steps still watching over us. Love to you Carol,Susie,Margie,John,Michael,Chris and to your families.

Hey guys its with great sadness that I learned of your Mother's passing. What can I say, she was a remarkable woman, always thinking and giving of herself to others before her own needs her whole life. At times like this most people are at a loss for words but its the fond memories in which I choose to remember your mother. Growing up and being around her as much made me feel like she could of been my 2nd mother. I will never forget the time when John & I finally came clean and told her the truth of all of our childhood antics that at times got us into some hot water and others narrowingly escaping them. She was a Angel walking amoungst us all that had the priviliage of knowing her. My condolences to the whole family.

I was so sorry to hear of Connie's passing and send my sympathy to her family, especially her son Chris. I knew Connie from PRIMOS SECANE SWIM CLUB and OUR LADY OF FATIMA CHURCH. She was a fine and kind lady. May her family take as good and loving care to Chris as she did. May she rest in peace.

With sadness I mourn the loss of a wonderful woman, but I can laugh as I remember the crazy poker games with you, Gladys, Jean and my Mom and Dad. May God grant you peace and comfort to your family.

I am so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I really enjoyed getting to know her and Chris over the years with the T.O.D.A.Y. program, and countless other functions. I really enjoyed being near her as she lived with much enthusiam and joy for life! I just know she is re-united with your dad, and enjoying the benefits of heaven after living such a great life! I wish you all much peace and comfort knowing that she is now pain free, and healed from all of her earthly ailments...
God bless all of you, we were certainly blessed to have shared a small slice of her journey with her, Chris, and all of you!
