The Perillo family is exceptionally fortunate to have had Frank as a member. At work, Frank always found a way to "deliver the program" (whatever it was) with humor and grace. He was the best manager I ever had in my own 37 years of federal service. God bless him.

All my prayers for Frank and his family. Frank interviewed me for the IRS 40 years ago, and I had the exceptional pleasure of working for him at the Region 10 years later. He was a funny, intelligent, caring guy and he will be sorely missed. RIP Frank. A class act all the way.
