i never had the privillage to meet Mr JIM E CURTIN but i am a huge fan and obessed with him . I have all 6 of his hardcover/softcover books along with his first vinyl record that included a cool b/w poster - i also have all 3 issues of the 1987 magazine series that was put out and featured JIM CURTIN - i am currently writing a book about him and looking for anyone who can tell me more about his family life and his fan club friends etc and any tv media about him or that featured him in the 80s - late 90's etc i am willing to pay for it all my email is [email protected]

Jim, It is so hard not hearing from you and us talking on the phone for hours, listening to you making new song's and asking what I thought of them. I miss your show's but most of all I miss you very much, you are alway's on my mind and it is very hard because you were a part of my life for over 30 year's. I hope you are doing your show's up in heaven, they would love that and I know my mom sure would love it too. Jim,
I remember coming to your house back in the 70's on Lawrence Road and watching films of Elvis in concert. We took down Elvis Presley Blvd. signs in Memphis in 1975 and gave you one. We were both at the Hilton Hotel in South Philly in 1976 when Elvis came in through the kitchen. I saw your show and you did one helluva job. I last saw you at Family Style Pizza in Yeadon where we chatted about the old days. I was shocked at hearing this very sad and you will be missed. Your friend,

Jim E, you will be deeply miss, i enjoyed helping you with your shows for the pass five years. i enjoy every minute of it, just watching you perform was the best ever,you always gave it your all for ur fans. ur fans always left ur shows happy.

Jim, I still can't believe you are gone. I will treasure the times we laughed and joked and you coming to my house and sung for my mother, she was the happiest person. You were and still are very much liked. I am so glad that we had 30 yrs. of friendship. Now you can sing and do your show'a in heaven. Jim "E' I was introduced to you by my cousin who did your lights and his wife many years ago. From that time on I went to dozens of your shows as well as my mom. My funniest memory is of you coming over to my house in your pink cadiallic to go over pictures taken at your shows and my neighbors surrounded the front of the house to get a glimpse of "Elvis". Rest in peace my friend and thanks for the memories, entertainment, and just being you.

It's hard to realize the world without Jim "E" Curtin. I have known him for 34 yrs. I met Jim at Elvis' last concert in Phila. First just attending his many shows and thankful for me ,we became friends. I don't think a day went by without him crossing my mind. So handsome. Loved his smile!!! RIP my beloved friend!

Jim' E ' My Friend, How do I say Goodbye to you, you have been my FRIEND for over 30 years. We had alot of good times and memories. I remember the first time we meant you were playing at Palumbo's you were on the steps outside waiting to go on and i was dared to climb up the steps and ask for a ride home since me and marie did not want to leave and you lived around the corner from us and sure enough you had no problem doing that and boy did we laugh about that, that started our 30 + year friendship and when you came to The house and me marie and mom ask you to sing just a couple of songs well i think we had all the neighbors in our house that night and those couple of songs lasted til way after 3 am. Well that' s just a few things. You have given so so much to your friends, fans for so many years I guess God decided its time for you to rest which you deserve. Well Jim' E ' your home now where you can rest, Thank you for your friendship, and Thank you for all the memories. I LOVE YOU REST IN PEACE

I can't believe you are gone. I will never forget the good time's that you , me and elaine had. We will miss you so much.
