Jeanne Lane Obituary

Jeanne M. Lane, 75, of Rutledge, loving sister and devoted Aunt, died Feb. 22, 2023. Born in Darby and raised in Morton, she was the daughter of the late James and Stella Lane. Jeanne graduated from Cardinal O'Hara Class of 1966 and summa cum laude from Our Lady of Angels College. She was a former employee of the Evening Bulletin Newspaper, Women Against Rape, and Catholic Social Services. Jeanne loved trips to Cape May, her cats, the Beatles, and reading. Survived by sister Ginger (late Chuck) Batchelder, Kathy (Fred) Curcio; nieces Genna (Matt) Curcio, Lauren Batchelder, Kristen (Jake) Currie, Melanie Batchelder; nephew Andrew (Nathalie) Curcio; and great-nieces and nephew. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Williamson and niece Michelle Curcio. Viewing Mar. 2, 2023 10â€"11AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 2130 Franklin Avenue, Morton, PA, 19070.
