My memories of Linda are of her smiling face walking into my daughter Savannah's room with a pocket full of sweeties or dum-dum lollipops. Linda always had a kind word or a shoulder to cry on. My sincere condolence are extended to the family. Linda you will be missed.

Oh Linda Miller - how could you leave us? There was no one on earth who made us laugh so much....your xmas eve parties were legendary...your infectious laugh and sense of humor and love of life can never be duplicated. I'm a little mad at God right now; actually, I'm beyond angry that he took you from us so soon. There will never be another Linda Miller. Miss you so much. Eileen & Jim Saunders...love to Melissa & Shannon, your beautiful and wonderful daughters. And all the best to your mom and siblings....we are so sorry for this terrible loss. Linda was and always will be a bright and shining star.

Linda, There is so much we learned from you. You were a wonderful nurse, mentor, and friend. You taught us what was really important, letting the children be children. You always took the extra time to playing with them,& take them outside to sit in the sun. Your humor & dedication will be truely missed.

When I think of Linda, I can hear her laugh. That line-up of infant equipment on the unit--every piece is Linda's legacy. No one cared more about making life in the hospital as normal & comfortable as possible. Such a special person...

It was a pleasure knowing Linda. She was a dedicated nurse and a truly loving person that went well beyond her nursing duties while caring for the children at CHOP. I came to know her at one of the most difficult times in my family's life. My nephew Corey was hospitalized at CHOP one month after being delivered 3 months early. The odds were not in his favor. Then we met Linda. I know Corey would not be here today if Linda did not come into his life. She loved him as though he was a part of her family. She gave us hope when we did not think there was any left. We will be forever grateful for all of her love and support. She will be truly missed.

You were always a happy person every time i came in to the hospital. You always had smile on your face. You have touched my life in many ways while caring for Corey. He loved you like he was yours. You helped our family get through the tough times and we had some good times. But i will never forget you and your smile. I Love You Linda. R.I.P

My memories of Linda go way back to some of the best times at Seashore House. I know how much she treasured her family and her work. She always had a kind heart and was there for anyone who needed her. Her smile will add a special light to Heaven.

My deepest regards to the family. Linda and I go way back to Seashore house in the early 1070's. She cared for each child like it was her own. We also worked with Treb in his home for many years. We will miss her, but heaven is happy she is there to see those who went before her. Peace to you, Linda. Kay Johnson

Mrs. McMullen & Family,
I am so sorry about Linda. Was fortunate to see her at block parties on Stratford Ave.
I have many fond memories of our school years together, and fond memories of her loving family.

I'm so sad to hear of my old friend's passing. We shared so many experiences and adventures together as roommates in Nursing School and in our apartment on Bradford Alley. Your family opened their home to me on many weekends. We would go to the clubs on MacDade Boulevard and hang out with the Flyers before they were famous. Your beautiful eyes and gorgeous long hair made every girl jealous. I remember Mom-Mom who was your inspiration to become a nurse and how hard she worked. You went into Pediatrics and our lives went in different directions but you have always had a place in my heart. Judy Macri Hall, Penn Valley, PA

Words cannot explain on how much of a wonderful, caring person Linda Miller was. When I gave birth to my daughter Juliana Mrs Miller and Shannon came to the hospital to drive me home when I had noone else to turn to for help. I was lucky to have had them in my life during this tough time for me..I remember being so scared and crying because I was so nervous to take my baby home, and then I looked in the rearview mirror and the warm smile that mrs. Miller was giving me and her sweet words helped me so much!! I love you very much, you will be missed!( Jillian Doyle, PA)

oh Linda....im soo fortunate to have known you and your loving family. You brought so much happiness to me and my Trebreh and Brehden. I loved your smile and even in the face of very scarey cituations you managed to share those smiles with us and bring us comfort and peace. Your family is the most happy loving family too and I have many happy memories of you all. I was always amazed with your tenderness and love towards my Trebreh. Your gently ways with my son will never be forgotten and I know you are with him now and hopefully smiling at each other. You will never be forgotten and may you rest in peace. Thank you Linda for touching my life the way you did. Kim

I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss, and I realize many people have lost a blessing from God, for that is exactly what Linda was; a blessing. May you find comfort in the knowledge that the legacy of love and kindness that she leaves behind will live on in the lives of every child she cared for with skill and love, in every parent whom she reassured, in every nurse she precepted and in every person whose day was made just a little bit brighter by her smile.
