Priscilla M. Mooney

Priscilla M. Mooney, age 58, Priscilla M. Mooney, age 58, of Woodlyn, PA formerly of Havertown, passed away on September 13, 2012. Priscilla was a graduate of Sun Valley High School. While residing in Woodlyn, she did voluntary secretarial work for the Delco Housing Authority; she was a district committeewoman and worked the polls on election days. Her friends were numerous and she always remembered them as well as her family with birthday cards. She was an avid embroiderer and loved painting with watercolors. She loved family gatherings, particularly during the special holidays. She had a special love for all dogs and had a great love for her home and other residents at the Kinder Park Apartments. She greatly appreciated the Woodlyn Fire Company fighters and EMTs who assisted her and treated her with such kindness. Born in Philadelphia, Priscilla was the daughter of Madeline R. (Hubner) and the late Owen J. Mooney and sister of Kenneth (Laura), Daniel (Debi), Stephen (Margaret) and Keith Mooney. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
